Centaline Singapore

Centaline (Singapore) Property Agency Pte Limited is a new member of Centaline Group. The Group is managing many service brands including "Centaline Property", "STATELYHOME" and "Centaline Commercial". "Centaline Property" is a nationwide service brand with coverage in 38* provinces and cities including Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing in Mainland China. The services arm of Centaline Property has extended to Taiwan since 2011.

Centaline (Singapore) provides real estate agency services in the private property sector in Singapore. As Centaline has built up an extensive network in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore, we also act as a bridge between vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants across these places.

    Mr. Sherman Lai

    Sherman Lai was graduated in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of The University of Hong Kong in 1986. Sherman joined Centaline Property Agency Limited in 1989 and soon became focusing in the property market in mainland China. In 1998, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Centaline China.

    Being skillful in management and team building, Sherman is also a thoughtful problem solver with good adaptability. Under his supervision, Centaline China soon got through the infant stage and grew rapidly in years.

    In October 2007, Sherman was appointed as the Vice Chairman of Centaline Group to take up the duty of engineering the logistics of the back office operation system and the threading of the various businesses of the Group.

    In September 2009, Sherman was promoted as the CEO of Centaline Group and took charge of the overall management of the Group. As of December 2010, Centaline Group hires over 30,000 employees and has more than 1500 branches across 30 cities/provinces in China, Hong Kong and Macau.

    In January 2011, Sherman was appointed as the Chairman of Centaline Group.

    Mr. Addy Wong

    Mr. Wong has over 20-year experiences in the real estate industry. In additional to the business development of Centaline in Asia Pacific, he is also involved in staff training and corporate social responsibility. He is the Chairman of Centaline Charity Fund Limited and Vice Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Centaline Training Institute.

    Mr. Wong also participates in various community services and is currently the Independent Manager of The Incorporated Management Committee of The Salvation Army Centaline Charity Fund School, the Honorary Secretary of Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association, the Advisory Committee of Colleague of Professional and Continuing Education, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also the General Committee Member of Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Hon. Founder President and Chief Supervisor of Hong Kong Marching Band Association.
